Planning & Budgeting: Establishing clear timelines, budgeting, and defining the design scope and vision.
Conceptual Design: Gathering inspiration images and ideas, mood boards, color palettes, 2D floor plans, and space layouts to bring your vision to life.
Design Development: Sourcing products, coordinating with trusted vendors, gathering pricing, creating 3D renderings, and presenting the full design with material samples.
Project Management: Creating and presenting technical documentation for contractors and installers, managing product orders, warehousing, deliveries, coordinating with contractors, overseeing installations, and on site visits to work through installation details.
Post-Project: Final walkthrough, accessorizing and styling the space, photography, and a handoff packet with key details and contacts for future reference.

Design only packages provides clients with in person design and sourcing for renovation, new construction, or furnishing. After the final design delivery, the client handles all purchasing and project management through project completion.

Conceptual Design: Gathering inspiration images and ideas, mood boards, color palettes, 2D floor plans, and space layouts to bring your vision to life.
Design Development: Sourcing products, coordinating with trusted vendors, gathering pricing, creating 3D renderings, and presenting the full design with material samples. A final purchase list will be provided to the client with all materials, ready for client or contractor purchasing.
VIP signature consultation
‘designer for a day’
A full day deep dive design session, with a light working lunch included! We’ll start with a one hour Strategy Call 1-2 weeks ahead of the design day, to establish the priority objectives and to prepare. Day of, you’ll get 6 hours of undivided design attention to dig in and work together for the various needs of your project. Follow up notes, sketches, drawings, Pinterest boards or product links will be packaged and sent as a PDF presentation after the consultation. 1 hour post consultation support is also included, to guide you once the products have been installed and if any questions arise.
